The General On-Sale for One Big Holiday is June 8, 2016. All rooms are sold on a first come, first served basis. One Big Holiday strongly urges you to be ready to book at the time of the On-Sale so you don't miss out!
You can place a reservation by logging into your Cloud 9 account at www.cloud9reservations.com OR by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button on the event website.
Before placing your reservation, please make sure everyone has a Cloud 9 account set up. If they do not you can have them register for one HERE. If you are unsure of who your guests will be at the time of booking, you can create a placeholder on the reservation site. If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the billing addresses for each card.
Each One Big Holiday guest has a unique Cloud 9 Username that they create along with a password that will allow them to book a room and access their exisiting reservations. You can log into your reservation to make payments and add items to your reservation. If you have traveled on a previous Cloud 9 event your username will remain the same. If you have forgotten your username you can reset it HERE.
As a part of our loyalty program, all guests who have attended One Big Holiday in the past will receive a unique Password which will allow them to book a room during the Pre-sale on June 7, 2016.

One Big Holiday accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cashier's checks and money orders are acceptable & encouraged forms for making future payments but the initial deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

NO! One Big Holiday will NOT automatically charge the credit card on file. It is each guest's responsibility to make the scheduled payments on time. A late payment fee of $35 will be applied to reservations that do not meet the scheduled payment dates. This does not apply to those guests who opt into the ACH or Automatic Payment Plans.
Yes! Families with children are encouraged to check out the offerings at the Little Big Club and teen activities. Families should book a room according to the number of adults staying in the room. Once your room is booked, please contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team to add your children to the reservation. Please be sure to register your children with a Cloud 9 Account so that they can be added to the reservation.
No. In the spirit of fairness to all guests, Cloud 9 Adventures and the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya will NOT be taking requests for room locations.
